This beautiful traditional song from Scotland is arrangement for SSAA and was written for St. Patrick’s High School Treble Concert Choir. The piece includes tone clusters, rich harmonies and clever counterpoint and opportunities for solo or small ensemble work.

Decked with passages of counterpoint and homophony, this arrangement features the traditional New Zealand ballad with a catchy melody and driving rhythm. Commissioned by St. Patrick’s High School in 2021.

The popular “Simple Gifts”, a traditional Shaker song is combined with a traditional canon and an optional clarinet part. This accessible developing choral piece works as a partner song. Commissioned by the Vancouver CanSing Choir in 2019.

The song, set to the poem “Barter” by Sara Teasdale is a song of thankfulness and has spiritual dimension without being associated with specific religious traditions. Commissioned by the Prince George Cantata Singers.
