This original Celtic melody, based on 17th century text, is hauntingly beautiful and tells the story of a young women’s lament about losing her heart.

Decked with passages of counterpoint and homophony, this arrangement features the traditional New Zealand ballad with a catchy melody and driving rhythm. Commissioned by St. Patrick’s High School in 2021.
