Lively, rhythmic and over-the-top fun for any concert. The rollicking traditional Canadian song, east coast of Newfoundland, is arranged for any voicing SA or TB with piano accompaniment.

Commissioned and premiered in 2016 by the British Columbia (BC) Boys Choir. Using the poem by GK Chesterton, Child of the Snows paints the picture of the darker side of the Christmas story. The 2-part voicing can be sung by either SA or TB voices.

Finding the message from difficult experiences and telling the story is difficult but can be empowering. These words and personal experience serve as an inspiration for writing “The Wind will Carry My Song”, a SATB choral composition.
