The music is uplifting, joyous and free. Based on the delightful poem written by Canadian poet, Lucy Maud Montgomery.

A unique spoken part at the beginning and end weaves “We Will Remember” in to a collage of different languages. This reflective SATB piece can be used for a remembrance concert or at any time of year to remember those who have been touched by the brutality of war.

Finding the message from difficult experiences and telling the story is difficult but can be empowering. These words and personal experience serve as an inspiration for writing “The Wind will Carry My Song”, a SATB choral composition.
