We Will Remember
A unique spoken part at the beginning and end weaves “We Will Remember” in to a collage of different languages.
The recent Russian invasion of Ukraine comes to mind but wars touch the lives of everyone; family, friends, colleagues.
It is not only those who served in actual combat. Civilians who stayed behind play their part in the factories, on farms, hospitals and many other situations and are often the target of military bombing.
This reflective SATB piece can be used for a remembrance concert or at any time of year to remember those who have been touched by the brutality of war.
